Terms of Service
Last updated: February 19, 20261. Platform Description
Roof Report Pro is a software platform that provides AI-assisted tools to help users organize, analyze, and format roofing inspection information. Roof Report Pro does not perform physical inspections, does not climb roofs, and does not provide roofing, engineering, insurance, or legal advice. All inspections are performed solely by the inspector using the platform.
2. AI-Generated Content
Reports generated by Roof Report Pro are created using artificial intelligence based only on the photos, data, and inputs provided by the inspector. Artificial intelligence is not perfect and may produce errors, omissions, or incorrect classifications. Roof Report Pro does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or claim approval. Any accuracy percentages referenced are estimates only and not warranties. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and draft only—it is not a final product until reviewed and approved by the inspector.
3. Review, Editing, and Approval Process
Roof Report Pro provides inspectors with a comprehensive workflow to review, edit, and approve all content before delivery:
- Draft Generation: AI analyzes uploaded photos and generates draft report content including damage assessments, descriptions, and recommendations.
- Full Editing Capability: Before approval, inspectors can review, modify, add to, or completely rewrite any AI-generated content. All text, damage classifications, photo captions, and recommendations are fully editable.
- Preview Before Sending: Inspectors can preview the final report exactly as it will appear to recipients before approving or sending.
- Explicit Approval Required:No report is sent to any third party without the inspector explicitly clicking "Approve" or "Send." This action constitutes the inspector's certification that they have reviewed the content and accept responsibility for its accuracy.
By approving or sending a report, the inspector acknowledges that they have had full opportunity to review and edit all content, and they accept complete responsibility for the report's contents, accuracy, and any consequences of its delivery.
4. Inspector Responsibility
The inspector is solely responsible for: (a) performing the physical inspection with due care and professional standards; (b) capturing accurate, complete, and representative images and data; (c) reviewing all AI-generated content before approval; (d) verifying findings against their professional judgment and on-site observations; (e) correcting any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; (f) ensuring the report meets applicable professional and industry standards; and (g) determining whether a report is accurate and appropriate before sharing it with any homeowner, insurer, realtor, adjuster, or other third party. Once a report is approved and/or delivered, all responsibility and liability for its contents remain entirely with the inspector.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roof Report Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Denied, delayed, reduced, or disputed insurance claims
- Financial losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
- Decisions made by insurers, adjusters, or other third parties
- Reliance on reports by homeowners, insurers, or any third party
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are used at the inspector's own risk. In no event shall Roof Report Pro's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the user to Roof Report Pro in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
6.1 Subscription Plans
Roof Report Pro offers subscription-based access to the platform. Available plans include monthly and annual billing options, each providing a defined allocation of report credits per billing cycle. Plan details, pricing, and report allocations are displayed on the Roof Report Pro website and within the platform at the time of purchase. Roof Report Pro reserves the right to modify plan pricing and features with thirty (30) days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
6.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize Roof Report Pro to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, Roof Report Pro may suspend access to the platform until payment is received.
6.3 Free Trial
Roof Report Pro may offer free trial periods at its discretion. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. Trial terms and duration will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@roofreportpro.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation: (a) you will retain access to the platform and your remaining report credits through the end of the paid billing period; (b) no further charges will be made to your payment method; and (c) unused report credits do not carry over and will expire at the end of the billing period. Roof Report Pro does not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the cancellation effective date.
6.5 Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Subscribers. If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions and is limited to one refund per customer. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting support@roofreportpro.ai within the 7-day window. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days.
Monthly Subscriptions. After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions. After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will continue through the remainder of the annual billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of an annual plan.
Exceptions. Roof Report Pro may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits outside of the above policy in cases of documented platform errors, extended service outages, or other extraordinary circumstances. Such exceptions do not establish a precedent or ongoing obligation.
6.6 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact support@roofreportpro.ai before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Roof Report Pro may result in immediate suspension of your account. Roof Report Pro reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to recover any costs associated with fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks, including administrative fees.
6.7 Price Changes
Roof Report Pro reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least thirty (30) days' written notice (via email or in-app notification) before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Assumption of Risk
Use of the Roof Report Pro platform involves inherent risks, including but not limited to working at heights, climbing ladders, accessing roofs, and exposure to unsafe conditions. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, non-payment, or conduct that may harm Roof Report Pro or other users. Upon termination, the inspector's right to use the platform ceases immediately.
