Each time you generate a complete inspection report with AI analysis counts as one report. Re-downloading or sharing the same report doesn't count again.

Do unused reports roll over?

Yes. Reports come from stackable pools, and unused reports roll over for three months. Low-volume months can skip a pool and pay per report instead.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! Add seats or report pools at any time, and we'll prorate your billing for the remainder of the current period.

What if I need more reports?

Add or stack another report pool for immediate capacity, or buy standard reports as $45 one-offs that never expire. It's all self-serve.
